I'm reading, The Soul Of America by Jon Meachum It's about Presidents, even bad presidents, who rise to the occasion and do something heroic - and creat a special memory in our history of America. Ordinary citizens are also included, for example the women who fought for the right to vote.

So like this Nancy. I have read about Lincoln, Grant, the Roosevelts and Eisenhower.
At a time politics is front stage, would like to consider the John Meachem book for a general discussion on effective presidents.
That said, our goal would be to avoid partisan discussions but agree on exemplars, outcomes and how we know.
Thanks and so like this forum. Well done. Better Together

Atomic Habits - tremendous insights.
The author lays out a process for how to make small changes, which cumulatively leads to large impact
A great book for people who are trying to make large changes one step at a time.
The book provides great examples on how organizations like the UK bicycle team was able to become a winner after many years of poor performance
If interested, go to Amazon and check the book out.
